By downloading, installing, or using Yatzatro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
Yatzatro is a mobile dice game: a roguelite built on Yatzy-style scoring, played entirely on your device. The App requires no account, no internet connection, and no in-app purchases. All features are available for free, offline, from the moment you install it.
3. User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, logo, and user interface, is the intellectual property of Yatzatro and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yatzatro and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.

8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Since Yatzatro collects no data and makes no network requests, there is little to review, but we encourage you to read it anyway.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
